I thought this might be fun for the LONG hellatus we are going through and the even longer one this summer. Here is the challenge:
Can you spot the oops moments for each episode of each season? I have found several, would be fun to see what each of you can find.
This isn't necessarily and oops, however have to give my 28 yr old son a thumbs up for this one (even though I had to admit I was wrong, very painful to do) He noticed that in the first episode of season one, when Danny and Steve were driving (the first overhead shot of the car), that the car was a 2010 Mustang 5.0 not the Camaro......"Mom they are driving my car, well a different color but my car" I of course argued, then he did slow motion/screen by screen and yelled in triumph. *sigh* he was right dang it.
So let's see the oops moments roll.

I have one. In the pilot episode, when Steve and Danny are holding each other at gun point in the garage and they go to show each other their ID's, when Danny first pulls his out it is upside down and then in the very next shot it is right side up.

In 1.13, after Mary Ann has been rescued from the kidnappers and is in Steve's office, the shots of her alternate... with her bangs down, then with them to the side to show the bandage on her forehead, then back down again, then to the side,....
I noticed Danny's badge upside down in the garage scene, too.
And we all remember the missing tie when Danny was poisoned with the saran.

In the pilot episode 1.01 after Steve shoots Victor and is on top of the shipping crate they show the bullet wound in his right arm/shoulder instead of his left. Then as he is looking down at Danno it is once again on his left  |

it might just be the angle or something but it's really cloudy when mcg is skydiving, then it's completely clear, then cloudy again. 1  2  3  |

In 2.06, while Steve is chasing the suspect from rooftop to rooftop, Danny is driving parallel down on the street. The scene alternates between close-ups of Danny in the car where he is wearing his kevlar vest, and aerial shots where he is not (you can see the dark seatbelt strap against his white shirt through the window).

101 the falsh back to the John McGarrett Funeral where no other family had show up for it but yet there was someone standing next to him you can't tell who she is but you can see the person hair in bun.

Danny checked the phone in 2.22 and answers it like he doesn't know who it is...then sits it on the table where we can see the McGarrett's ID on the phone...  Attachments:

i noticed this from episode 3 of season 3. twice actually. when the lifeguard captain comes aboard and is arresting the mcdanno, you can see land.  |

I just noticed in 2.16 when Danny out-bid's McG by $1 the info on the auction sheet says "minimum bid to raise: $10.00"

In season 2 episode 1 when Chin is at the Governor's funeral dressed in his HPD uniform - there is one shot where he has his "walkie talkie" on his left shoulder and then another when it has disappeared.

320 when car hit the tree the boot opens up and when McGarrett get on top of the car roof the boot is closed.
