LG/LG's rep claiming her words were twisted by the interviewer in 3....2......
Uh huh.
Wasn't she tweeting nasty about the show and cast some 3 days after her last appearance?
Methinks she's already heard from her new show, that her character there isn't going to last long either and now she wants to come back.
Since I go for Danno and don't care who Steve sleeps with so I wasn't jealous of that relationship, yet I still hated SWSNBN with all my heart, what explanation does the misquoted genius have for my hating her?
Gotta hand it to her, though. Even though she's gone, she makes us laugh. |

Hi everyone. I've been reading some comments and thought I'd join in. I came across this Site earlier in the year when I Googled "am I the only one who hates Lori Weston on Hawaii Five-o" haha. I was quite happy to see I wasn't alone. She ruined many episodes for me and I actually yelled "shoot her" when that girl knocked her down. I was so glad when they wrote her off and am optimistic that no-one is dumb enough to bring her back! The thing that made me really chuckle from this article was that she basically admitted that the fans opinions counted yet Peter kept denying that they listen to us. LOL Her saying we were jealous was ridiculous. We all like Catherine because she's not in every scene, has chemistry with Steve and, oh yeah, the actress can ACT!!! I love H50 and want it to be on for many many years. It has such amazing actors and characters and I hope Lori Weston is never seen in Hawaii again!

Howdy, lynn70, nice to have you join in! If you joined earlier in the year, you probably read a whole lot of venting about SWSNBN here, and I hope you looked back in the older stuff that we've been posting since the beginning of this debacle. Especially the art work.
I'm actually glad that she posted this thing so we can vent some more, because there's residual outrage every time there's a rerun. I don't think it will go away till they stop doing that. If we're lucky, next season they won't torture us any more. They've got 9 episodes they can use when it's time for reruns, plus all of S1.
BTW, I noticed something startling last night, watching the Olympics Opening Ceremonies. It was a commercial showing some sweaty guys pumping iron for a few shots, with tiny glimpses of faces, some of them kind of familiar, but it went by so fast I couldn't identify them. Then there's a full-face shot of...HORRORS! IT! I was stunned. Then it resolved itself into a promo for Chicago Fire, with a group shot, again not long enough to check out all the faces, no, no, only IT - they chose to showcase THAT FACE to advertise the show! WTF? It gave me the heebie-jeebies. Not sure what to make of it, don't want to think about it any more.

I definitely read the posts on Lori Weston earlier (they made me laugh with agreement) and signed the petition. I also wrote CBS. I really think the politics she is talking about is that CBS ordered them to get rid of her. Did you notice that most of the promos that came out barely mentioned or showed Lori? When the "4 reasons" promo came out, I knew she would be leaving soon. I don't think CBS would let her back on unless it was to kill her off! I've never had a character make me cringe soooooo much. I felt embarrassed for her. It got better once they stuck her to the computer table. I think the reason she hurt her ankle in episode 15 was so she wouldn't ruin the Danny/Monkey reunion with her presence. By then, the writers knew how much she was disliked.

I thought that was such a great commercial until 0:19 sec. then all I could say was uh-oh. Not very articulate for me! I wish her much success on her new show.
