C: August and shooting the girl and keeping the diamonds and money for himself.
D: Hiro is dead for real, and Adam has the body parts to prove it.
E: Wo Fat going to jail before S12.
F: Wo Fat working for the CIA
G: Danny shooting Stan
H: "Mom?" (Momma McG is alive?! Say what?!)

I figure we all knew Kono was undercover, and there was lots of speculation about Shelburne being Mom. Can't put anything past Wo Fat. For me it's between August March and Jenna working for WF. Tossup. Picked Jenna.

ahhhh well when i saw the title, august march plot twist was my first reaction. kono we all knew about, the mom one had a feeling about for a while especially after joe made that phone call, wo fat, well it's wo fat, nothing shocks me any more.
i'm going with my first reaction. August March FTW!!

Kono undercover and Jenna double-crossed I could see coming a mile off. Like sunnyirish said, nothing Wo Fat does shocks me, and anyway we all knew even before the spoilers that he wouldn't stay in jail. I don't really care much about Hiro's death. Danny shooting Stan would only have been a real shocker if he'd actually died. "Mom" just....annoys me.
That leaves Jenna working for Wo Fat and August being not such a nice old man. Both were very cool, but until we get into S3 and see the next ep with August, I'm going with Jenna (option B). Not only did I swear at the TV in dumbfounded surprise when it happened, but that twist had ramifications later in the season, spawning one of the best eps of S2 (210).

Toss up between B and C. Surprised by both but my first reaction when I saw the words "best plot twist" was August March, so I am going with C.

That really was a shocker for me when Jenna picked up Wo-Fat @ Halawa prison.
Who knew? not me! I chose B.

I have to admit that I first thought 'August March' but then I changed my mind when reminded of Jenna working for Wo Fat and my reaction when I saw that she was the one driving the car when he left Halawa. Working for Wo Fat had such a major impact later in the season that I have to choose that over August.
I wish that relationship had been explored just a bit more ... was she working for him when she first showed up in Hawaii or did something happen while she was there to turn her to the dark side? I'm thinking the latter but it would have been nice to know how that liaison began.

I voted for Jenna working for WoFat because honestly, I never saw that coming. August March would have been my next choice, but I was suspicious of him, then changed my mind through the episode, then was "surprised " that I was right the first time. But Jenna was really a whoa! moment.

I'll have to agree with some of the other posters. Jenna working with Wo Fat I totally did not see. August March was a surprise too, but I was always just a little suspicious of him, like yeah he's really changed his ways? Anyway, I'm voting for B.

August March, I did foresee him making a deal at the end or doing something he shouldn't, so the only real surprise there was him shooting the woman and walking away.
We knew Kono was undercover, so no surprise there.
The only one surprised by Mama McG being alive was Steve.
Until Fong is done with the DNA tests, I'm not convinced that was Hiro disassembled in the bath tub.
I'm not surprised Wo Fat went to jail, as I know it is a temporary state for him, and definitely not surprised that he would double-cross Jenna.
I was actually more surprised that Danny shot Rick, than I was of him shooting Stan.
The only one left is B; I was surprised when Jenna picked up Wo Fat, which I didn't see coming, so that's got my vote.

Another tough one , but for me it was Jenna working for Wo Fat , that did suprise me. I alsoliked the fact that we knew she was bad and then had to sit back and wait for her to betray Steve.

I went for B because I did not see that one coming I kind of suspected at the beginning when she was in that scene with Steve explaining to him about how Wo-Fat got on her radar but then how she went on about her fiance well I thought No she can't be involved with Wo-Fat and that was it I didn't think anything after that......
So when Wo-Fat killed Victor Hess and got in the car I went Whoa when it was Jenna behind the wheel....
But I loved the August March ending....I had a feeling abit suspicious of him but thought nup...then it was a surprise the ending didn't think the writers would take it there..  ...

Definitely had to be B.....Did not expect Jenna to be working for Wo Fat!
I always thought Kono was working undercover....especially when Fryer visited her at home.
And Runner hit the nail on the head when she said the only person surprised by Mama McG being alive was poor Steve!!
