But when Grace accepted the job on Hawaii 5-0-what was she thinking? That they would move the show to Canada so she could be closer to her husband? I don't get it..... Yeah, kinda makes you wonder. Maybe she thought it would be easier to find the time to make the commute more often. Or that he'd be able to find the time to join her more often. Something you should think about in advance but maybe reality was well beyond what they'd considered. Just speculation... |

I don't think it the husband it more likely to be the baby. she can't really take the baby with her until the baby had all his/her shots. it too risky, too young right now. |

But there has been no confirmation that Grace Park was ever even pregnant to begin with. And babies can travel with or without shots. Parents do it all the time. |

And besides, she's been talking about this since season 1. Even if she has recently had a baby, which I'll be skeptical of until I see something from her confirming it, this isn't a new situation for her. She was talking about the lack of time at home almost from the beginning and it was suggested way back then that she didn't have as much time with her husband as she'd hoped to have. |

Well the talk of the rumours were true. Sources say Grace had a baby boy recently and is back on the H50 set with the cast in Vancouver, Canada yes in Canada filming. Lindsay @lemon_buzz has confirmed that Grace, Alex, Scott Daniel & Ian Anthony Dale (Adam Noshimuri) are in Vancouver filming scenes for an upcoming episoode apparently episode 9 or 10. The reason why they can't film in Honolulu is that Grace just had her baby and can only film in Vancouver. Tweet caps say it all below. |

I don't generally believe "sources" when no one who will identify themselves is saying the same thing. When there's not one news service or even someone with a recognizable name who can confirm that Grace just had a baby, I'll continue to remain skeptical of that news. I tend not to believe bloggers or people on twitter who seem to know something like this when no one else can confirm it. If you look at a website like MediaMass that says she's pregnant, they also talk about her having secretly gotten married when, in fact, she's been married for quite a while. And even all of that is attributed to "a source." Vancouver is a film friendly town and I'd sooner believe they chose to film their Asian scenes there rather than actually go to the real location due to the expense. And using Hawaiian locations would be too familiar. I'm not convinced that was all done because of a baby. I'm more inclined to believe it was something that just turned out to be convenient for Grace but not deliberately so.
On reflection, I've decided I should edit this to point out ... MediaMass, which I cited and which may have started this whole rumor, IS intended to be a parody of gossip sites. I'd be no better than them if I left my original post "as is." The point being that a site that labels itself as satirical has printed all this fantastic garbage (like Lauren German is this year's highest paid actress making something like $75 million) and people are picking it up and talking about it because they don't understand the nature of the site. And suddenly Grace Park is secretly engaged or having a baby with her "partner" of several years and others pick it up and suddenly "sources" are confirming things but no reputable source or location has gone on the record with this news. I'm sure they're very pleased that their "news" is being picked up and shared but if they ARE the source of this story, you can almost guarantee that it's false.

As private as this has been ... because I also agree that sure looks like a baby bump and it's the first time I've been willing to admit that maybe it's true ... I wonder how GP feels about a friend posting a picture online that seems to confirm what she's so fiercely protected. |
