You are welcome. It was fun to search for this answer. I found the license plate in the same episode where my next question comes from. I lost track of this thread because I am caring for terminally ill mom. It is good to be back.

English and Russian are the only 2 I'm sure of, and I haven't had time to re-watch the episode.
Wait a minute.... I'm thinking of Segei Ivanovitch from 1.02
Oh great, now I'm not sure what episode Vanakov is in.
I got Danny's license plate in 1.08, so I'll start with that one.
