- Seriously? You check up and down for bombs and whatnot, and you don't check the backseat? ? - Hello Grumpy Daddy Danno! I remember when we used to talk about how this day would come. Still want Monkey to rebel and turn Goth or something to really freak Danno out. - I'm with Danno on the butter in the coffee thing. Yuk. - That is the weirdest condition I've ever heard of. Kudos to the research team and writers on this one. I kind of like that with Jerry on board the level of weird has risen. - And speaking thereof, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaw, Jerry is a romantic. But him and Dr. Shaw? - CIA guy certainly went out with a bang. - Kono saves the day with a big heaping serving of justice. Really liked that. - So we're going to see the warlord again? - You'd think Monkey would freak out a bit when told Daddy Danno has been privy to her texts, no?

Pretty good episode in my opinion. It's always fun to see Kono with her sniper rifle! This episode had that good old H5O feel to,it. Lou is the first team addition who doesn't seem out of place.

Excellent episode. Loved everything about it. Hope to see Roko Contee again. Could be trouble for Steve

- You'd think Monkey would freak out a bit when told Daddy Danno has been privy to her texts, no? Haven't watched the episode yet, Dani, but after seeing the promo video where daddy-Danno read's the texts to Steve, I'm thinking that maybe there was no 'subtext' as Danny claimed. Maybe Hershey's kisses really are Grace's favorite candy, maybe Grace isn't texting anything she shouldn't and therefor has no reason to be freaked out. Will have to go watch the episode now to see exactly what you mean.

Danny is reading subtext but 12-year-old Grace is innocently telling a boy that Hershey kisses are her favorite candy. She probably wasn't texting anything that she wouldn't have minded him seeing. I do kinda wish they let Grace age to 13 as Teilor turned 13 in October so it's about time.

I enjoyed the coffee scene at the beginning......it had a nice season 1 vibe to it.....although the butter thing was kind of gross. The baddy this week was a good one--wondering if we will see him again. The scene at the end between Danny and Grace was sweet......Danny does need to calm down a bit about Grace growing up or he is going to stroke out. Don't think Jerry and Dr. Shaw have a future.....I am holding out for something sweet between Dr. Shaw and Danny. Wishing CBS would do more promos for this show. The episodes have been good this season and no one knows about it.

Wonderful episode on Friday! Some quick observations. ...I don't think we have seen the last of Roko Contee. Could this be another Wo-Fat type villian? ...Just once I would like to see them walk up to someone that they are going to arrest and tap them on the shoulder or something. The way they continually do it always gives the suspect a chance to run. Take the way they drove up to attempt to capture Roko Contee. They all drove up at once and the only way you wouldn't notice that is if you were blind. Park in the back, climb the stairs and arrest the guy. Would have been easier. ...I am tempted to try that butter in the coffee thing that Steve did but I don't know. It just seems to me those two things should not go together. But apparently people actually do this....Let's see if Scott Caan shows up next week.

...Let's see if Scott Caan shows up next week. I'm pretty sure next week is the episode in which Danny and Amber have a run-in with her ex-husband so pretty sure Scott will have to show up for that to happen.

The butter in the coffee: this peaked my interest, so I googled it. Numerous links, but the first one I read said "the latest trend in coffee that may boost your energy and help you lose weight, or maybe you will just throw up". I don't need to lose weight, but I'm open to boosting energy and new ways to throw up, so I read on. Of course there is a catch...to be effective you need to drink low toxin coffee and use grass-fed butter. If your Home Association does not allow dairy cows in your backyard (mine only allows deer to free range), you probably have to order the butter. There are some great recipes online to get the benefits of oil in your diet...I'm going to try it. B-lana The S1 vibe to the episode was so refreshing to see again. The kitchen/coffee/phone scene, the "okay, let's take him out" agreement, the car scene where Danny over-explains his cell phone issues to customer service, and even Danny explaining to Grover that certain words are not in Steve's vocabulary. Ahhh,.. I want more, in every episode, please. Although not a big fan of over-used-Jerry, I did think his predictably giving Dr. Shaw the flower at the end tied in well to Valentine's Day and was a nice segue to daddy-Danno and his Monkey. Part of me can't wait to see pre-teen Grace cause her Danno to pull at that perfect hair of his, but as the parent of an adult daughter I know what he is going through with wanting her to stay young and innocent. Gotta love a kick-ass Kono. But couldn't they have at least mentioned Adam in there somewhere since it was a Valentine's episode? Would have explained her not being present at the end with everyone else. Nice to see A.J. Buckley keeping busy since CSI:NY wrapped up. Kinda ironic that Anna Belknap was in last week's episode. Read about the coffee thing a few weeks ago in Men's Health magazine. The recipe they recommended called for both grass-fed butter and coconut oil (yes 'oil', not milk). Apparently coconut oil comes in two forms, one of which does not taste anything like coconut. Don't recall which middle-Eastern country they mentioned, but the concept of drinking coffee this way has always been done there and is attributed to their longevity. Well, with the exception that they use yak butter, but we just won't even go there.

- And speaking thereof, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaw, Jerry is a romantic. But him and Dr. Shaw? Something wrong with that? Or is it because Jerry isn't six feet tall, thin and muscular?

I had the same reaction about Jerry and Dr. Shaw but it had nothing to do with physicality because I think you can be attracted to all types. My reaction was Jerry's secretive nature, his passion for conspiracies and, until recently, he lived in his mother's basement. Dr. Shaw is an accomplished professional we don't quite know well enough to determine if she's also a secretive conspiracy theorist but I'm pretty sure she probably wasn't living in her mother's basement. They don't seem to have a thing in common.

Or maybe Jerry saw her for what she was. A nice, attractive woman who he thought he would want to get to know better. We'll see.
