So that was a pretty intense 2 hours....
Nooooooooooo! Max is leaving? Good cause and all, but I'm going to miss him. So Michelle sent her whole organization to kill one man - if anyone survives, are they going to follow her any more? The jump didn't look so hard, but damn it was impressive. Still don't like Abby, but that was a kick-ass entrance - Chin's cycle? So a no one junkie brought Gabriel down, when all of Hawaii's police force and Michelle's goons couldn't.
I've said it before, but I do love Steve's interrogation techniques. The drug dealer really didn't notice a tow truck sneaking up behind him and hooking up his car??? H50 really is going all Person of Interest with Jerry manning the Smart Table. That plane ride literally went south very quick. How is Danno supposed to keep both hands on the controls and man the radio at the same time?? Danno, is shaking a man with several gunshot wounds really a good idea? What, you think it'd wake Steve up? The plane crash landing on the beach was an amazing scene. Kudos to everyone involved in shooting that. If I were Danno, I'd shoot the guy in the privates. I'd find it even more satisfying that killing him. Nice rendition of Stand by Me, and nice ohana shots. Good to have Sang Min there in spirit. Love Danno, but damn he's irritating.

episode 6.24 was good
Love all the action, gun fights, jumping from the roof Had to laugh when Abby came along on her bike like bat girl really silly I don't like Abby I find her boring and I was really disappointed with her whole story line this season Glad Gabriel is dead so we will have a new villain hopefully that involves the whole team. I don't think Max is leaving all together just for a few episodes then he will be back. Hope chin will adopt Sarah now she has no mother and father
episode 6.25 was ok not great
I think is was really stupid to give Steve a Liver Transplant because what happen next season he won't be able to be OUR SUPER SEAL anymore. He will have to come out of the Navy and take a desk job no more fighting, running around, jumping off roofs. I loved how Kono and Chin were talking about Steve Wo Fat's Father The plan crash on the beach was amazing

Two amazing epsiodes. Death of Gabriel did not surprise me, because I expected this from some time. For me he was a great villain. I wonder who will be the new villain, because Lenkov announced a new villain in interview. In 6.24 was a lot great action scenes, I love all action scenes. For me, the best episode of season 6. And finale also was awesome, pure Ohana episode. And Steve for sure will be still participate in action scenes (premiere of season will happen a few months after 6.24). Jule has reagular role in Training Day, so Abby will appear probably only in a few episodes. One of my theory was that this scene from the beginning it will be visiting Wo Fat father, and I was right. Though I don't expected such a behavior from Wo Fat father. I thought that he will want to take revenge for the death of his son. From an interview with Lenkov we know the storyline of Wo Fat hater will back in the season 7.

Well---I am still thinking that the 2 episodes were amazing. That said....I have a few comments.
-Where was Mary McGarrett? I would have she would have arrived on the scene by a week after the surgery. -Steve won't be able to be a Navy Seal any more---he surely won't be leading the active life he has enjoyed up until now. -That was a really big hospital room.....in real life they are tiny. -Also--where were any of the other females in Steve's and Danny's life? Ellie--the lawyer friend; and the woman he was dating--can't remember her name, must have been a really memorable character!!-----And Danny's girlfriend Amber/Melissa----Would have thought some of these ladies would have showed up at their bed sides. -the scene with Wo Fat's father....too brief....hope we get more than another all too brief scene with him next season. -also would have liked some closure on Doris---just mentioning her name is not enough. -hoping Max isn't leaving for good.....hope it is just a plot line and he will come back better than ever. -sooooo happy that Jerry did not get a badge.
That's it for now......may have more later.

-hoping Max isn't leaving for good.....hope it is just a plot line and he will come back better than ever. No. He not leaving for good. At 6.24 he said that there will be three months. And according Lenkov, he not leaving: Max (Masi Oka) is heading to Doctors Without Borders. What does that mean about his future on the show? Peter Lenkov: Right now, in my head, I’m planning on him still being out there doing that for the first couple episodes and have him come back a little wiser, maybe a little more mature, making some decisions about his future. Someone like that who works with dead people all the time, I think their personality doesn’t grow. He’s going to come back slightly changed and energized by what he did.

Peter said we will have a big story arc with Steve and Wo Fat father in season 7. The interview with Peter is in Season 7 Spoilers.

Great episodes! I like that Gabriel was taken out by a junkie rather than after a long, predictable hand to hand with Chin. It was a nice touch of irony for such an evil SOB to be eliminated by a shaky junkie. Nice work by the writers!
WoFats dad was a nice surprise (I don't read spoilers if I can avoid them.). I like seeing that link to earlier elements in the series.
These episodes really brought me back to that sacred season 1. This was two great hours of H5O.

And another thing about the liver transplant. Alex O'Loughlin played a transplant surgeon on Three Rivers. In real life, AOL is passionate about spreading the word on organ donation.....One would think that AOL would want the liver transplant story line to be as accurate as possible. That said, if he starts jumping off buildings and running around next season-----well, yeah. Maybe the writers don't care.
If they play it like real life, then maybe we will see Steve retire from the SEALs and the Navy --with all the pomp and circumstance that goes along with all that. Maybe he will settle down and make babies with some soon to be named woman. Or Danny...LOL!! One can always hope! Or maybe Catherine comes back on the scene and they settle down. Of course, with Catherine being CIA now, can she really retire? Or, will she pull a Doris McGarrett, and fake her death after 15 years of marriage and disappear ----but, I digress. I guess time will tell............

The transplant follow up will be interesting. If they treat realistically, everything has changed. Realism and H5O tend to be like oil and water, therefore I don't think much will change. I could obviously be wrong, but the fact that they looked incredibly good at the end of the show hints to me not much will change until perhaps the end of next season if it's the series end.

Great episodes to end season 6. Loved all the action stunts and the ohana moments. I did have a little sympathy for Gabriel when he asked Chin to look after Sarah. Looking forward to see where we are taken with Steve and Wo Fat's father next season

What was the point of having Wo Fat's father forgive Steve? Did not get the point

What was the point of having Wo Fat's father forgive Steve? Did not get the point I think the point is that Peter is thinking about Wo Fat's Father and he wanted the fans to know that. May be Wo Fat Father just wanted to see what Steve looked like and what he would say. Before he decides what to do to Steve. This could be interesting story arc but now that Steve has had a liver Transplant he won't be able to get into any fights or gun battles anymore.
