Sorry Katlyn but for some reason this link dose not work for me here is some more information tvline.com/2017/02/03/hawaii-five-0-macgyver-crossover-daniel-dae-kim-grace-park/As “MacGyver Five-0” boss Peter M. Lenkov himself notes, it seemed inevitable. And now it is indeed happening. RELATEDMacGyver, Bull Snag Full-Season Pickups at CBS The worlds of MacGyver and Hawaii Five-0 will collide when Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park and Taylor Wily — who play Chin Ho, Kono and Kamekona on the long-running latter drama — guest-star on the Friday, March 10 episode of the CBS freshman, it was confirmed on Friday. Lucas Till hinted at the crossover with this tweeted photo of Wily on the MacGyver set: In the MacGyver episode, titled “Flashlight,” Mac and the team travel to the big Island of Hawaii to aid in earthquake-relief efforts. There, Mac and Jack team with Chin Ho and Kono to rescue a group of government scientists trapped in a building on the verge of collapse. But as they do so, a dangerous group using the chaos as a distraction aim to steal some top-secret weaponry that the scientists were working on. “This crossover has almost seemed inevitable since the day MacGyver premiered,” Lenkov, who serves as showrunner on both Friday series, said in a statement. “We have always envisioned that our H50 ohana and the Phoenix team live in the same universe, and it was about time that Mac and Jack had a case in Hawaii.” For those keeping score, this means, by the transitive property, that MacGyver exists in the same universe as NCIS (and JAG, for that matter), seeing as Five-0 and NCIS: Los Angeles crossed over years ago. (Scorpion also falls within the shared universe, given LA boss Hetty’s October 2014 visit.) Want scoop on any of the above shows? ew.com/tv/2017/02/03/hawaii-five-0-macgyver-crossover/It’s official: Hawaii Five-0 will be crossing over with MacGyver. EW has confirmed that the two CBS dramas will cross over in the March 10 episode of MacGyver, which will feature Hawaii Five-0 stars Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, and Taylor Wiley. Production on the episode, which will be shot in both Oahu and Atlanta, has begun. The news first leaked when MacGyver star Lucas Till shared a photo on Twitter. Per CBS, here’s what’s in store: Mac and the team travel to the big Island of Hawaii to aid in earthquake-relief efforts. When there, Mac and Jack (George Eads) team with Chin Ho Kelly and Kono Kalakaua from the Five-0 Task Force to rescue a group of government scientists trapped in a building on the verge of collapse. However, as they work on the complicated rescue, a dangerous group using the earthquake chaos as a distraction aim to steal the top-secret weaponry the scientists were working on. “This crossover has almost seemed inevitable since the day MacGyver premiered,” says Peter Lenkov, executive producer on both MacGyver and Hawaii Five-0. “We have always envisioned that our H50 ohana and the Phoenix team live in the same universe and it was about time that Mac and Jack had a case in Hawaii.” The idea for a crossover between the two CBS procedurals has been brewing for quite a while. Back at San Diego’s Comic-Con International, Lenkov told EW he was hoping they’d eventually do it, even revealing they planted a seed in the pilot that they’d “take advantage of that could lead to a crossover.” In November, Lenkov told EW that the two shows were actively trying to work out the logistics. “On Five-0, we’re in season 7,” he said. “All the actors have these crazy schedules where not everybody works every day, so the logistics of getting the people we need to get in those scenes is just becoming very difficult, so we’re trying to do it. It’s just a matter of when.”

I would have been more interested if Alex was involved and as I don't watch MacGyver I am not interested. This is not happening on Five 0 episode only on a MacGyver episode so it is only half a crossover.

Of course, I watch. It would be fun to see Chin, Kono and Kamekona in another series, especially that episode will be in Hawaii. On Big Island, so I'm happy, because I love when episode of H50 was on different island than Oahu. I suspect that if Alex and Scott were available, it would be two-part episode, one episode in MacGyver and one episode in Hawaii Five-0. But I feel that in next season they manage to do something like that. As for the MacGyver, I heard that the show becoming a much better later. So I catch up, because I only saw the first few episodes.

New interview with Peter. Possible is another crossover with Alex. With Five-0 scheduling issues informing who would and would not get to participate in this first crossover, Lenkov expects that there will be more chances to actually reunite Jack and Alex O’Loughlin’s Steve McGarrett, and maybe get insight into their introduction. “Oh yeah, for sure. The plan is hopefully this is one of a few that we’ll do,” he says. Full article: tvline.com/2017/03/08/macgyver-hawaii-five-0-crossover-preview/

Hi mandyblue, katlyn520, and others. Here we will discuss after the premiere of crossover? If I have to create a separate thread in the board of discussion about H50 episodes?

Hi mandyblue, katlyn520, and others. Here we will discuss after the premiere of crossover? If I have to create a separate thread in the board of discussion about H50 episodes? I would think anyone who wants to discuss it could do it here. Since it's not really a H5-0 episode but a MacGyver episode, I would think we should keep it separate from the H5-0 discussions. Just my opinion; I'm okay with whatever others want to do. I'm not actually sure I'll be watching it ... but I'll set my DVR just in case I decide I want to.
