With the kickoff of Major League Baseball tonight in Miami and knowing there is at least one other baseball fan on the site, I thought I would ask if there were any other excited to see the kick off the baseball season? I say Go Reds!!! especially now that we have our 225 Million dollar Canadian MVP --Joey Votto, locked into a long-term contract. Also, I can't wait to see the St. Louis Cards implode now that they don't have Albert Pujols or Tony LaRussa. We may actually stand a better than average chance of winning our division for once. ;D

I love baseball....loving the fact the season has finally started. I'm a San Diego Padres fan.......yes, it can be on the hard side since they're picked to finish last (again!), but still, they're my home team; so GO PADRES!!!!!!

I'm a Red Sox fan. It looks like they picked up right where they left off in September!

I'm a Tigers fan and loving the start of the season. A LOT of excitement in Detroit. This team is making baseball exciting again.

Well dang it. Went to my first Reds game of the season and we lost the game 7 to 1 to the St. Louis Cardinals. But then what did l expect when our stupid pitcher gave up 3 homers in the first inning to start off the game before we ever got a chance to bat.

What was the manager doing while this was happening? Standing in line at the Shake Shack? (That's a food vendor at Shea II with notoriously long lines.)
