Great news....I was worried about last night because they didn't seem to be pushing it as much as their Tuesday night lineup and the comedies on Monday night before H 5-0.

I am really confused as to how Smash got renewed with ratings like this. Do they just have too much invested in the project to abandon it now? I guess I don't understand how TV works.
Great for H50, though!

Yea, I'm no ratings expert but I have a feeling that NBC does not use the same criteria as CBS when it comes to deciding what gets renewed and what doesn't since they have so very few actual "hit shows". As you said MF, I also think that the folks at NBC are desperate at this point. Remember the days of "must see TV" and their powerhouse Thursday night line up?? My how times have changed....

I am happy that the ratings are still good.
