It is good to know my streak of always having drunks sitting around me ay sporting events is going strong, The ones behind us are going on about how a man Todd Fraizer's age need to hold on to his wood after he accidentally threw his bat. ;-)

Woo Hoo!!! Reds Win!! 6 to 2 over the Brewers and they stay 0.5 game ahead of the Pirates for first place.

Well, look at this way, it could be worse. The Chicago Cubs lost to the St. Louis Cardinals 12 to nothing last night. I was watching the score board at game last night going ouch that is a whopping and half.

True, and they did not do much better today. But we're on a losing streak, which is hard to watch (the Cubs are just hopeless; however, they did manage to beat US). My friend and I were discussing it today and realized that even though the team members have changed substantially over the past six years or so, they are losing for the same reasons that they have always lost over that period. Therefore, we place the blame higher, with ownership. We're not the only ones--something like 47% of Met fans would like to get rid of the Wilpons.

Cardinals won last night...but I think the group I was with enjoyed the party a little bit more than the game. Busch Stadium is a beautiful ballpark...we had the Owner's Patio for our party. No shortage of beer at Anheuser-"Busch" stadium. AB beer is the only beer you can buy at Busch, imagine that. There is this new beer called Lime-a-Rita...geez, 40 people crawled into work this morning.
