Filmmaker/producer Tony Scott (Ridley's younger brother) has passed away at age 68, of an apparent suicide. He made some blockbuster films, including Top Gun, and also co-produced a couple of CBS dramas, "The Good Wife" and "Numb3rs".
There are unconfirmed reports that he had been diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Although this is being disputed by other sources.
