There are quite a lot of deleted scenes from Season 4 shown on the DVDs but two in particular are really interesting.
There's one where Catherine has an appointment with the Governor in which he invites her to join Five-0 (after she's been given the badge). He discusses the dangerous nature of the job with her and sort of why she might not want to be a part of that.
And, in a scene that was clearly meant to end one of the episodes (I believe it's the one in which Grover tells Steve about the incident in Chicago), Steve attends a what looks like a support group meeting (his first, as he introduces himself, "Hi, my name is Steve.") to talk about Freddy. You see the credits come up so it looks like it might have actually been in the episode then removed.
BTW, I got my DVDs a day later than originally promised and the same day I got them (today), I got an email from Amazon saying they were refunding my shipping costs because they hadn't delivered my DVD when promised. Amazingly proactive customer service!
