I thought the episode was ok. Unfortunately they of course made no mention of anything that happened in last week's episode. I'm not surprised though, they tend do that frequently. I'd have thought given the emotional nature of the 100th, that there'd have been at least something in this one. Almost feel like it never happened, other than the almost faded scar on Steve's forehead.
Not a knock it out of the park episode this week, but it was alright.

Not surprised that Cath isn't coming back. Considering how MBorth was treated on social media, and how poorly the character was being written, it was clear that she would not come back, unless it's for one of those final series finale moments where Steve is finally allowed to have a good life and a romance that works. Until then, I doubt any of the characters are going to have a successful romance, because it's so much more interesting for TV writing when they have fights and divorces/deaths and general nuptial mayhem. You can't have a totally happy main character, it'd be too boring. Personally, I don't mind if the Core Four find marital happiness. I just dislike the soap operas that go along on the road to said happiness (not to mention the seemingly inevitable breakup about one season after).
And neither am I. I'm not accusing anyone specifically in here of being part of the group of women that attacked her on twitter so let's have that understood right now. What I am trying to say is that I am not pointing the finger at this user and that user and calling them out. But at the same time I am sure there are some people who are members here who could have been a part of the online attack against that actress. I can't explain what I mean any better than I just did. That being said I think some of them want her to come back just so they can start in on her again and if I were here I'd say no thanks to any offer from Peter Lenkov and then turn around and tell those people to go straight to hell. They attacked her just as bad as they treated Lauren German and all these two women did was do their jobs and all they got was grief from a bunch of jealous women who would give their right arm to look as good as any of those two women. |

Michelle Borth went searching and found some were talking about her character. She should not have got involved and left well alone. She was not professional about it.
One thing I will give Lauren German. She was professional over the criticism she received

If Michelle Borth had simply ignored the criticism, they'd have had their fun and gone away. As it was ... and I'm not saying this from rumors or second hand knowledge because I saw some of her posts in reply ... she didn't do herself any favors by replying to them with the same name calling they were using. Even when there was no immediate naming calling but only a history of it, I saw her post something that referred to one of the antagonists as a "bitch". Any time you refer to the fans of a show you're on with words that shouldn't be used in polite company, you don't endear yourself to TPTB. She should have disengaged the moment that started because they were baiting her and she took it hook, line and sinker. Hopefully it was a lesson learned ... even if it was learned the hard way. |

She went looking for a fight? All this woman was doing was her job on that show and the women who were attacking her were jealous of her because she was Alex O'Loughlin's girlfriend and they were not. These fat slobs were too stupid to realize that that she never was his girlfriend - she just played that part on TV. Michelle Borth got in their way of their fantasies about Alex. These people attacked her anonymously and relentlessly and she was defending herself because of the terrible things that were said to her. Like I said I don't care if she comes back and would not blame her if she turned down any offers. Why would you want to deal with these terrible people again? |

It was about time someone told off those cowards on twitter who anonymously insult celebrities and sports figures. So they got the same kind of treatment they have been dishing out and they couldn't take it. I'm glad someone had the guts to tell those people off. |
