So, like Grover, I couldn't keep up with who did what when to whom, but still, good episode.
Carol Burnett is a fine actress and she had me sobbing, but I still wish she'd been a really dotty Aunt Deb who just drove Steve nuts. With a sister like Maryann, why couldn't he have a crazy aunt too? I did love how she bulldozed Steve into letting her drive his truck. WHY did Danno miss this? He would have loved it. And why is he missing SO MANY EPISODES?? BTW, isn't using a police siren for joyriding sort of illegal?
Great to have Kawika back, even if it was for a sad occasion. That shot of him on the water .... lovely.
Is it just me, or is giving a bunch of kids sharp machetes and letting them loose unsupervised in order to cut branches off trees, a terrible idea?
What have you done, Chin? Although, was anyone really surprised?
Looks like they found Desmond's bunker... when Jerry showed the video I expected the guy from the Dharma Initiative to start his spiel.
Is Eric the new Fong then? Although I like Eric, I miss Fong.
Couldn't 5-0 just commandeer some microfilm equipment rather than sending Jerry to the library? Although, his way was funnier. Loved him trying to explain how the library books were stolen.
I lost it when Aunt Deb waved goodbye.

Some time ago revealed that Scott will not appear in 5 episodes in season 6. For now, he will not appear in 3 episodes. For sure he will not appear also 6.16, and I think 6.20 or 6.21.
As for the episode, another great episode. Mainly due to the case of the week, which was really good. I like it when in H50 are cases of the week associated with distant times. Here we have the Second World War, the Japanese, little Pearl Harbor. The case was interesting, unpredictable, I'm happy. Deb also returned, but it was a farewell to her character. Earlier somehow I was not thrilled Deb's storylines, but in this episode was good. Very cool was especially the scene with driving a car by Deb. I liked the scene with Kawika, cool taht he back. The end was very sad.

I enjoyed the episode. Thought it was balanced and teared up at the end. Steve's/Alex's face when he went to wake Aunt Deb was emotional. Loved Aunt Deb. COTW was good too. Couldn't quite get used to Abby being there.

Best parts for me were the Steve, Mary, Joan, and Deb parts Like seeing that sibling interaction (making pancakes scene). Enjoyed the shopping spree. Kinda surprised about Chin and the lady detective whose name I cannot remember. Didn't expect their relationship to be so hot and heavy so soon. But liked it.

Strong writing and acting. Great episode. It was nice to see Kawika again. I like when they focus on the local people and culture.
I was happy with the case of the week resolution. I'm glad it was something more than a terrorist wanting to blow up the island and I'm glad it didn't tie to Gabrial. I know we are in for a lot of Gabrial, but the break was appreciated. Wo Fat was a captivating villain. Gabrial is just a thug.
I like how the show has brought in so many old greats over the seasons.
Deb's goodbye wave was heart wrenching and so much stronger than Steve just finding her dead. CB and AO acted that scene incredibly well.
Peter et al have really seized the opportunity to make an awesome S6. What a ride this show has been! Despite a few bumps over the years, it's been an incredible run. Here's to S7.
