The episode was better than I expected. All scenes in Morocco I liked, epecially action scenes and Steve & Doris scenes. I liked also scenes of Steve and Catherine in episode. I am pleased that Steve get answers from Doris and Catherine. I was worried about this episode but it turned out that it was not so bad.

I was wondering how they got someone who looked so much like Christine/Doris - it was Christine's real life daughter. Never fully understood the whole Wofat's dad/Doris storyline. Glad to see Doris back and giving Steve some answers in the stuff she left under the floor boards. Always liked Cath/steve episodes. Don't really like Lynn. If Catherine would have said "yes" to the proposal - that to me means this storyline isn't done. That answer is always going to be in the back of Steve's mind. How could that be closure for him?

Yeah---I can see Catherine coming back saying she has quit the CIA.......and Steve whipping out the ring and proposing. Maybe the series finale?

I can not see that happening now with the way Alex was talking in all these interviews he has been doing about the relationship between Steve and Catherine. Looks like Peter will have to write a different end. Alex has put the end to that story.

Awesome episode one of my top 5
I liked this episode even though it's the end of my fav couple Steve and Catherine story and I am very sad about it.
I loved all the scene with Steve and Catherine and the chemistry I loved the great chemistry between Steve and Doris and all their scene and flash backs The scene with Catherine and Chin as well Loved that the team came and helped Will we get to see Steve go and find Doris lock box I wonder I feel really sad for Chin that that he has lost Sarah but looking forward to episodes 11 and 12 for that story line. I do not like Lynn at all and she was evil telling Catherine about the ring. I hope they make Steve single
As from now I am not shipping any couple except Grover and his wife not getting involved with any other couple. I will be only rooting for Steve, Chin and Grover and their story line from now on.

I can not see that happening now with the way Alex was talking in all these interviews he has been doing about the relationship between Steve and Catherine. Looks like Peter will have to write a different end. Alex has put the end to that story. Alex may think the relationship between Steve and Cath is over but he doesn't write the episodes. That was one of the things he said in one of the episode 150 interviews. He said he doesn't always agree with what the writers write ... he has his own ideas about things ... but if his ideas were used, the show might no longer be on the air. We may think we've seen closure on Steve and Cath and he may think they've closed that door ... but none of us are writing the scripts and the writers may come up with something totally unforeseen. I have to say ... when Catherine said she'd have said 'yes' if Steve had been able to ask her to marry him, I don't think they played it (I'm thinking from facial expressions only) like there was regret that he didn't get to ask her. I think he sees Cath now as being very much like his mother. Someone who always knew there was unfinished business and who ultimately left her family to go back to what she'd done before she got married. I could easily imagine that Alex played the scene as though Steve wondered if Cath would have been the type of wife (and mother) who would do that. Would there always be that secret desire to leave at some point because she was happy doing what she was doing. Obviously, I don't really know how they intended to play the scene. I just didn't think I saw regret. There was no 'then will you marry me now'. He seemed resigned to the fact that she was happy doing what she was doing ... but he just had to know if she might have said 'yes' and he'd have then kept her from doing what she was happiest doing.

I liked this episode. Loved Steve and Doris. Alex and Christine really work well together. Loved her RL daughter playing the younger Doris.
Hopefully there is closure wth Catherine and Steve can move on but I don't think it is with Lynn. Did not really like her in the episode. Felt it was cold. Id rather see Steve with no gf
Looking forward to more Chin and Sara hoping he gets her back
Loved the ohana everyone helping each other

I thought episode was OK-not great for the 150th. Really, what more do we know now? The only person who actually learned something was Cath-that Steve was going to propose-we did not learn any more about Wo Fat etc. There was closure with Doris. Yawn. I love Chin's storyline-he has good chemistry with Sara-also looking forward to the future episodes of that unfolding. I do not like Lynn-that hair cut was hideous-it looked like a cheap wig, and she was mean to Cath. I just don't see the chemistry. He had more juices flowing with that Australian woman-I forget her title but I could see McG with her before I see him with Lynn.... Yeah Danno should have been there...You just get the feeling sometimes that he is phoning it in until the series is over but at least next week he is actually a good part of the storyline-that's getting rarer and rarer(although I did LOVE him talking down the shooter in a previous episode). What I've always loved about Hawaii Five-0 is the development of the characters and the heart of the Ohana....hope they keep up those themes...

I really need to watch this episode again. Not because it was awesome - it was a 'good' episode, just not awesome - but because there were details that I just need to see again.
Was glad to read Blondie-Lana's comments about Steve's prep. Definitely a worthwhile scene. Guy's got skills in the kitchen... and I'm sure the eye-candy for some of you didn't hurt.
Lynn - she was okay in the first episode. Can we just get rid of her now? That haircut Steve complimented her on was hideous and looked like a bad wig. Halloween leftover?
Lynn mentioning Steve's proposal plan was mean, and her 'accidental' slip was obviously intentional. She wanted Catherine to feel threatened, which is just juvenile.
When Steve asked Catherine, right in front of Lynn, what was going on, Catherine's response should have been, "It's classified." Lynn should not have been present for the explanation and Steve would have known/understood that.
Apparently Grover's got skills in the kitchen as well. His poor son, felt sorry for him. The young actor that played him did very well. Good set-up for next week's episode.
McMommy - Am hoping she is gone now. I mean really, really gone. Who is a prisoner in a place like that for at least as long as it took Catherine to find out, get to Five-0, then return with help, and still have perfect makeup? No one, that's who! I'm not saying she should have appeared beaten and tortured, but at least make it realistic. If nothing else her forced tears should have ruined her mascara. The woman really can cry on cue, that's for sure.
Danny should have been there. Although the excuses they offer work and comments made about supposed phone calls and updates help,... Scott Caan needs to step up and do the job he signed on for.
Emma Schlamme as a young McMommy was a good call all the way around.
Aside from McMommy's attempt to rescue Papa Fat, there wasn't really anything new revealed about that storyline like I expected. That whole opportunity just fell far short.
Liked that Auntie Kono and Uncle Adam were there to sit with Sarah while Chin was gone. Chin is so good at reading bedtime stories. He's gonna make a great uncle-daddy when he gets Sarah back.
Hey, Doris,.. guess what! When you're escaping and being hunted down, you probably shouldn't yell out, "It's just ahead!" really loud! Kinda stupid and kinda obvious since it's it's the only door right in front of you and everyone else is right behind you. Just sayin'.
Speaking of escapes --- their getting into that secure location wasn't very, well, secure. Steve, having been taken there in a previous episode, would have known better. That whole thing just should have been done differently.
Good action and fight scenes by all the team on this one. Ohana rules!
Glad that Steve asked Catherine if she would have said 'yes' to his proposal. He needed to know and didn't need one more unknown hanging over his head.
Glad that Catherine was honest and told him 'yes' she would have accepted if he'd asked. Perhaps she realized that should couldn't have left him after all. No job is worth that.
If they do bring Catherine back, it needs to not be until the finale. Steve's got enough going on in his life, and needs to be single. And no, they should most definitely not have a love interest with the psychiatrist lady who is just too old for him.
Now with McMommy having given Steve the location of that lock box under the floorboards, I suspect we'll get several glimpses of that diary for the remainder of the S7.
