“Ka 'aelike” – After Chin is kidnapped by a cartel in Mexico, Five-0 must find and rescue him before he is executed by the group that’s out for revenge. Also, Grover goes undercover as a car salesman to investigate a murder that turns out to be far more complex and dangerous than expected, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Jan. 6 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Well----they did mention that Danny was off somewhere with Melissa....
The whole Chin rescue was over in a blink......
Lou is funny as a car salesman.......
Glad Sara is back on the island with Chin....
And there is just a tiny cliffhanger.......

I was a little disappointed that this situation with Chin so fast it happened, because I thought that this storyline in this episode will last longer. But on the other hand, the case of the week was great, one of the best in season 7, with many twists and tiny cliffnager at the end (and at least Chin will adoopt Sara what I was surprised because I thought that this will happen at the end of the season). Besides in episode, Max revealed which was announced some time ago. Max leaves Hawaii (which is related to the departure of Masi Oka from the show). I thought that Noelani replace him and not someone else. Unless he decides to choose Noelani. We'll see. For sure I will miss Max.  |

I thought the cliffhanger was wrapped up nicely. It couldn't have lasted all the episode imo.
Enjoyed the cotw. Thought Steve and Lou , Steve and Chin were good partnerships. I'd like to see more Steve and Chin. The story flowed nicely and had me smiling most of the episode. I agree one of the best. Will be sorry to see Max leave

Wow what a let down been waiting for this big showdown with the Drug Cartel for 3 weeks. I was expecting to see Steve and the team in some great action, stunt and shoot out to rescue Chin. instead we got Five 0 joined by Adam I don't know why spraying a few shots from the shadows to take out half dozen thugs taking all of 8 min with Steve giving Chin his badge back and Chin having Sara back in Hawaii end od story. very disappointed.

Didn't get to watch this episode last night, but knew the part with Chin's recovery would be over quickly... why else would Grover be back in Hawai'i playing with cars?
Going to go watch now. Hope it's not as much of a let-down as reviews indicate.
