I don't think the blessing is about milestones. It's more a Hawaiian tradition so I wouldn't expect it to be any different than those for seasons past.

The blessing could be this morning as Billy V from Hawaii News Now is in the studio here is the web address. But no mention of the blessing yet so maybe not this morning
