Part of the episode with the case of the week and the new Big Bad - Daiyu Mei connected with Wo Fat, was great. Part of the episode with Adam I have mixed feelings. I liked the scene of the confrontation between Steve and Adam, it was a powerful scene. I liked the talks of Steve and Danny about Adam, especially that we rarely see that Danny is an optimist and defends Adam, usually it was Steve. But generally I do not know what to think, eventually Adam will return to Five-0 (this is indicated by a recent interview with Ian), but his reunion with Yakuza, I understand that he wants to get rid of Kenji, but I preferred him as a member of Five-0, this season I really liked him as a member of Five-0, he fit in well with the team. We'll see how it develops..
It looks like after a few seasons we can finally new Big Bad, which will be in the style of Wo Fat and Gabriel. Mei's debut was great. He's got something from Wo Fat, his cunning and craziness. And I like actress. From the beginning of the season, this storyline is well developed, and it started with Cullen, because of course she is the Cullen employer, Five-0 does not know it yet, but rather they will know when finds out that Mei is the wife of Wo Fat. I didn't expect that. I bet lover or employee, but not wife. I like this twist. I missed mythology of Wo Fat. I loved it in the first 5 seasons, he was a fantastic villain, the best on the show. Now we have a chance that maybe we'll see Mark Dascacos as Wo Fat again in flashbacks.
I have missed someone like that on the show since Gabriel. After Wo Fat and Gabriel, there was no one who was threatening all season or seasons. And they weren't as good as the two of them at all. We had Dr. Gray in season 7, but her storyline lasted the first 4 episodes and episode 7.17 and the end .. Then Noriko in the eighth season and her storyline lasted half a season and appeared only once, and she was the enemy of Adam rather than Five- 0. Then Greer in the season 9, but again only half-season and the end, and as a villain did not convince me. Mei has great potential, I hope they won't destroy it.

it's tough to know whether Adam is deep undercover or really going to the dark side. Frankly, I never understood why he stayed after Kono left..it's weird seeing him with someone else. I wouldn't mind if they write him off to go and try to rekindle with Kono... COTW interesting and this new villain is scary so that's good. I also was amused by Danny sticking up for Adam...very loyal though....good episode overall...

Or--why they kept him around after they divorced. New villain looks scary good. Good episode.
