So Sunny started this thread and I seem to have killed it. I'll try to revive it with question: Which house would you be in? I'm a Ravenclaw. "Bonus points" (there's no actual game) if you name which houses the 5-0 team members are in (or anyone else on the show).

I'm not altogether sure I should put myself in either, but for me, Ravenclaw or Gryffindor.
Diana, Ravenclaw for sure.
Darksea, oh yeah, Slytherin.
Dannos Dani, shot in the dark - Hufflepuff.

I'm Hufflepuff?? Isn't that Cedric Diggory's house? I forget what they're known for.... is it wit?
Just got my DVD yesterday, haven't had time to watch it, but hey, I saw it on the first day out.... I miss waiting for the next book to come out... it was always such an event... and then waiting for the movie.... my oldest son came with me on every opening day, even if I had to make him skip school. The other one has never been interested, not even for an afternoon off school.
On another note - anyone follow the Twilight saga? The last book was actually the one I sort of liked the best, so I wonder how the 2 movies will be. I say sort of, because I wasn't totally enthralled with the books, found them a bit too teenagerish, unlike the Potter books which for some reason seem ageless. The Narnia books - loved the movies (still have to see the last one) but hated the books, for the same reason, that they were written for kids and the kids were ... kids. Liked it better in the movies, where at least they were older teens.

According to Wikipedia, "Hufflepuff values hard work, tolerance, loyalty, and fair play. The house mascot is the badger." (Not Honey Badger, though, I spose...)

I used to work in the cataloging section of my local library. Whenever the new Potter book would come out, we had to keep them locked up and only certain people would be allowed to touch them. And the media would come out and make a big production out of them.
I didn't like the first couple of books, but they got better as the series went along.

my favourite book was the 3rd and 6th one. can't for the life of me understand why we had over 100 odd pages of them in forests and then only like 20 pages of fighting, i get she was trying to build it up, but it was a bit slow build up.
