Darksea, a great big thank you for informing us about this. I'm assuming I can vote continually until they close the polls. I'm very excited that Alex is on that list. Do you think he stands a good chance of getting nominated? Also, I was wondering who put him on that list. Did he finally succumb to putting himself out there because of all the pressure, or was it someone connected to the show or CBS? I wish results would show up when you casted your vote so we could see who was ahead. I know that's not realistic in a competition that's this big, but it would sure be comforting. Oh well, gotta go so I can vote again.

You scared me. Lauren Graham is nominated, not Lauren German aka Hoochie/Alien. I don't think there is enough crack in this world for someone to put her name on the ballot.

Darksea - I said this on another thread. But could you use your campaigning knowledge to try and get a 'vote for Alex' thing going? Not to take anything away fro Scott as i love him as Danny but he's already been acknowledged a lot and Alex never really has so I would love if we could try and get something going?
My friend is a huge Supernatural fan and seriously ANY thing those boys are up for they win as the fandom is so good at getting votes organised and that show only has a million viewers. What are your thoughts?

This is one area where we might actually be able to get the leg up, the nominations are also generally People's Choice as well, and as for who got him on the list...well, I kinda know, and I kinda not going to tell.
But yes, vote Alex! The rest of you, who are in twitter land, go forth and spread the links! Tell your friends, tell your enemies, spend a few seconds to drop by and vote, and do it often. Hollyladyyb is correct, Supernatural's fans are rabid, and even though they are a little show, they get a lot more fan motivation, and that has got to stop, get in there, get the word out. Vote Alex!

He's pretty much indifferent to it, he is more focused on the script, if he gets it, cool, he's not going to go out of his way. But Lenkov is trying to get it for him, as are a few of the other writers and crew members, and now, us.

Thanks for sharing. At least Lenkov is doing something right by him. I'm not surprised that he's indifferent to it. He's always said that he just wants to do the acting and story telling, and that he doesn't need all the red carpet stuff. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this good for his future and career even beyond 5-0? Well, if we have anything to do about it, he'll get nominated. I'm off to vote again... and again later... and before I go to bed. BTW, when is this part of the process over?
Okay, I have another question for you. Is there strategy to this nominating thing. Like I've been only voting for Alex and Hawaii Five-0 because I don't want to add any votes to others who might be close to them in the running. However, if we voted for some of the options that we think aren't as popular, would that take away from the more popular options that might be Alex's and 5-0's competition? Did that make any sense to anyone?
