With one more episode to go what would you like to see happen in season 4. Which characters would you like to come back.
I would like to see the crime of the week more intersting and better with more twists so we don't know who the bad guy's are till the end.
Steve to team up more with Kono and Chin
Would like to see Cath and Kono team up together and kick ass
Wish Danny's story with his brother to come back.
Danny to team up with Chin more
Chin to have more of a story line next season
Plus all the carguments, Bromance and Banter with the fab 4 working more together and helping each other out

You said it all so well, MandyBlue. Not sure I could add much to your list.
I am hoping that Adam is proven to be a good guy and has truly broken all family and business ties to the Yakuza. I'm a sucker for happy endings. Little brother Michael needs to be long gone, in a 6x6 or 6' under, either way.
We will need a decent supply of Monkey moments to keep Daddy Dann0 happy.
McMommy needs to be long gone. Unfortunately, PL will continue to drag that dead storyline out forever.
Lots and lots of the Fab4. I like Fong, Max, Catherine.... ball each in small doses.
I want to see the awesomeness that was S1 back!!!!! I want to see Steve in Super SEAL mode and hanging someone off a roof top while by-the-book Danny rants about it.

All of the above plus: I want Johnny D from 1.19 to come back for an ep. I would love for there to be a big two part episode in the middle of the season to help not drag out the main plot all season. I don't want the season focused on another character like Shelborne/Joe in s2 and Doris in s3. I want there to be more character centric episodes. I would love a reason for Alex to use his accent. I've always thought a cargument between Danny and Steve about who could do the best Australian accent would be hilarious...  |

Most of the above, plus:
A storyline for Danny that doesn't revolve around Grace/Rachel or his family/love life in general. Bringing Matt back would be good for this, or come up with something new.
I like season-long arcs, but the H50 writers really need some lessons on how to do these well. They should go watch Person of Interest, or any Joss Whedon show, or Babylon 5, and take notes. If they want to make characters like Joe and Doris recurring, then do something useful with their screentime to seriously advance the mysteries surrounding them, instead of just dropping frustratingly repetitive hints for an entire season, and then suddenly trying to resolve the plot all in the 45 minute season finale.
As was said, a good storyline for Chin. He's been neglected in S2 and S3.
A story for Catherine that doesn't revolve around Steve, where we learn something interesting about her life/background.

I love all these ideas!
What I would love to see is:
closure on the McMommy story--I mean cough up the who, what, where, why and when of what she has been doing for the 20 years she was 'dead' and be DONE with it. Then if you want to bring her back for an occasional episode (at most once or twice a year) with a new story line-- that would be OK in my book.
Bringing Matt Williams back would be good.....
A Chin centric story line would be good, too. Something more than he gets married, wife dies tragically, he shoots the guy. Would like it all fleshed out a bit more......
Any loose ends from the Champ box, Doris/Shelbourne/Joe mysteries. Really needs to happen.
Would love to see the scene between Joe and Steve where Steve gets answers as to why he kept the whole Shelbourne/Doris thing secret.
That's all I can think of right now.......but I think we all have great ideas!!

I like all of the above ideas! (Although I think undercover work is out of the question since the Savannah Walker Show.)
As a confessed Danno-ette, I want to see more episodes that involve him personally. I of course like the idea of following up with his brother Matt but maybe introduce us to more of his family-maybe his parents come to visit. Also more about Chin and Kono's family as well.

I agree with wrapping up the Doris/Shelbourn/Joe/champ box issues.
If Doris and Joe come back make their stories interesting (read that Terry O"Quinn is getting a show but that Christine's new show has not been picked up)
Like to see Mary back - I'm sure I am in the minority here but like her interaction with Steve. They especially need to wrap up the whole Doris thing with Mary there.
More Chin and Kono stories.
