Wish List For Season 4

I want to see Doris redeem herself. I want to like her character and I know Christine can do a good job with the character given the right material.

Rumors about that Grace Park is pregnant. And yes, by the looks of the tweeted photos posted here, it does look that way.

I hope she and her husband enjoy a nice peaceful and private summer before filming starts.

So, on the assumption that GP is expecting.... How will they will work it into the storyline and how will it effect S4?


* Will Kono return after the threat is over and surprise the guys with her baby bump?

* Will she and Adam get married while they are away?

* Will Adam get killed while they are away and she has to return home to Hawaii to be a single mom?

* Or will they have her gone long enough that GP does not have to return to filming episodes until afterwards and it will not be written into the show at all?

-Who's that man on a boat with Adam and Kono.
- What' the big secret of Doris.
Maybe a new interesting bad guy.

If Grace Parks is pregnant I don't think they will work the pregnancy into the story. They will probably just hide her baby bump.

They may not even have to hide much. They must have filmed her S4 premiere stuff before she was showing much, and I'm guessing now they'll just wait until she's finished her mat leave. And Kono will be off with Adam and off our screens until then.

Now I want to go back and scrutinize her appearance in the finale. She was wearing a baggy shirt a lot of the time, was it hung so you couldn't see her belly? I can't remember.

You're right, biochemgeek. She was wearing baggy clothes. In fact, she has been wearing baggy clothes for several episodes, and even a jacket over a black shirt. Although she did show her belly briefly when changing the bandage Adam had brought her, it could have easily been a 'belly-stand-in' and cut to look like it was her.

I don't think the pregnancy will be writen in to the programe as Grace is a very private person.

Hawaii Five 0 will feel very different with Kono not being there in the team.

Who will stand in for Kono untill she comes back. Will Cath be helping out more, or will they get someone new to come in like in season 2 when Kono was undercover for 5 episods.

What about that new character in the final Cath old boyfriend he might join the team.

Will the stand in for Kono be a man or a woman

The more I think about it, I don't want them to incorporate it into the show. Kono has a legit excuse for her absence worked into the script, so just go with it.

I hope they don't have anyone take her place. Because, unlike the intro to S2, I want the guys to actually miss her, not just cover up her absence, even though she is going to be gone quite a while.

I hope Steve, Danny and Chin will work to make it safe for Kono and Adam to come back to Hawaii. While Kono and Adam take care of some threats overseas.

Two more thoughts just popped into my head....

How is Five-0 supposed to eliminate the threats to Adam? I mean, it's not like it's a single person that is after him that they need to find and capture. It's the Yakuza, with many members, families, and branches.
- Adam tells Kono that Michael has put together 'an army'.
- And that he has to be careful of his father's allies.
- Then Michael tells Adam that he has had a target on his back for a long time.
- Then Chin reminds Adam that the 'guys' - the army - who work for Michael will want payback.
- Then at the docks Steve answers Adam's question with "As long as it takes to put all your enemies behind bars."

That's 'enemies', plural, on multiple occasions. That's gonna take a while.

Also, what if Mr. Navy, since he is hanging up his uniform, is the one that steps in to help while Kono is away? Not that I like the idea, because I don't, but that idea did just occur to me.

Yeah, thinking the same thing about how long it will take to put all of Adam's enemies behind bars. That might take years! Hopefully Kono will only be gone for a few episodes and then she and maybe Adam will have to return for some reason.
Also thought that Cath's ex boyfriend might end of joining the team. That would be awkward.

Oh, I get it now. The guy Kono is interrogating. It didn't even occur to me that they might still be on that slow boat to Shanghai, but that would make sense. Maybe one of the crew double-crossed them.

On my wish list for season 4 is that Wo Fat is NOT Steve's brother. The writers better think of some other reason why Doris let WoFat live.
