Loved the intro. Poor Chin's face when asked if he ever got married. Chin's squirming because of the girl hitting on him reminded me so much of THE SCENE with SWSNBN waaaaaaaaaay back in S2. Although he looked more pained back then. "Nut money". Danno's badge on the forehead was funnier than the card on the forehead. Paranoid Steve keeping part of the evidence and Danno's glee over it was good. Requisite product placement pause. During the whole maze thing I kept wondering who'd be first to reach the Triwizard Cup. That's all I got. I thought the episode had silliness potential so really thought it'd be a goofier sort of thing. Not a favorite, none of the people involved were interesting or likeable or emotion-inducing.

I was actually pretty impressed with how they fit together all the bits the fans gave them to work with. I was glad they also took the time to work in that grave in Cambodia so we didn't just get a mention of it and it's forgotten.
Poor Jerry... Couldn't help but feel sorry for him.

Liked the beginning. Overall enjoyable episode. Will we ever find out the whole champ box/Doris storyline. If Steve kept part of the evidence, did he ever have it tested? Don't know why they have to put Cath in these really tight tops. Looks unprofessional. But I guess since she is leaving it really doesn't matter. Like Jerry - glad they are keeping him around.

I enjoyed the start Chin and Jerry work well together. THe crime of the week worked well with all the elements the fans chose. I was more interested in Steve's story and glad he took Danny to Cambodia with him. Looking forward to more on this story.

Episode was better than I thought it would be.
What I really want at this point in the season/series is answers to the Champ Box/Doris McGarrett/Wo Fat's connection to Doris and the McGarrett family/what Steve won't like if he digs too deep into his family history...those questions have been coming up over the past 4 seasons. I just want answers.
But, I am glad Danny went to Cambodia with Steve.........

Don't know why they have to put Cath in these really tight tops. Looks unprofessional. But I guess since she is leaving it really doesn't matter. You know, that was my very first thought when I saw Cath. Both she and Kono were wearing sleeveless tops at the beginning of the show (Kono later changed into the fan-chosen wardrobe) and all I could think was that they gave Kono the tasteful one and Cath was wearing one that might be fine in a casual setting but not in a professional setting. I had the same thought as you about it looking unprofessional.

It wasn't so much that it was tight that bothered me--it was that it was a little low cut for the work place and unprofessional.

I've been thinking about the empty grave in Cambodia. I think whoever dug up the coffin and took whatever was in it left Steve some clues. The knife could possibly have fingerprints--although I doubt it--but, the hair left on the knife I think was left intentionally for Steve to find. So--who does the hair belong to? Hope we find out an answer this season....

Overall, a pretty enjoyable episode. Much better than the last gimmick episode (fans vote for the ending). If I hadn't known there was a gimmick, I wouldn't have guessed there was a gimmick.
I'm confused about one thing. If the picture of Corey, Bradley and Alan was taken the night Corey died, who took the picture and who got it into one of Corey's toy rockets and then into the time capsule?
I'm glad they're ramping up the Doris storyline again, hopefully in preparation to give us a few answers at end of season. I had one crazy thought that popped into my head when Steve found the hair, which was a similar colour to Christine Lahti's. Is it possible that was the grave of the real Doris McGarrett, and the woman we and Steve met last season is a fake? No one she knew has seen her in 20 years, so some plastic surgery to make a stranger look similar would fool people. No idea why the CIA would do that, though. Thoughts, anyone?

Is the Doris we met, really Steve's aunt - his real mom's twin sister he never knew about? Too crazy!

Just a stranger and good plastic surgery, and a good briefing by the CIA on Doris' history. There wasn't much passage of time between Max telling Steve the evidence was gone and the end of the episode. I'm sure he'll get the extra sample analyzed eventually, it will probably just take some time to organize things so the CIA doesn't figure out what he's up to and steal the 2nd sample as well.
