Yeah we are surround by a few rivers and lots of lakes not far away. It hasn't been great wheather wise lately...Although right now its beautiful...Sunny and not to warm wiith a nice cool breeze...
Darksea...is it the Mohawk or the Hudson river? I know there has been flooding with both. My realitives that had to evacuate (the ones I mentioned the other day)....Their apt. was flooded and the parking lot has a ton of water in it. That was caused by a nearby river....

So is everyone OK? I couldn't connect yesterday as I was at a family function... felt weird to be at a party while thinking people I talk to are waiting to see if their house is going to blow up on them....
Sounds like you all made it through OK.... darksea I'm sorry about your sister, insurance is a terrible thing to not have.
So is this it for Irene? i heard there was a new tropical storm, Jose.....

Jose is probably not going to do much. (No triples, no RBIs.... Sorry, thinking of Jose Reyes of the Mets....  ) Anyway, it shouldn't hurt anybody because it is in the middle of the Atlantic. |

LOL goldberry! Did you see Jose at SS in the second game of the doubleheader tonight? ;D I think the other Jose went past Bermuda(didn't direct hit though) over the weekend but that was about it. |

No stepping over the line. My sister and I have a 'love-war' relationship. She likes to fancy herself a financial wizard, and she sucks at it. She walked right into this one, almost moonwalked.
