I believe Jenna was not working for WoFat at this time. She was just trying to find the man who killed her fiance. I am not sure when she became an ally of Wo Fat and unfortunately I don't think we will ever get all the details.

i'm having my doubts.
also why are people thinking that steve was involved in hiro's brother "accident"? he obviously got close to his sister over the couple of months and certainly didn't want to see her leave, so obviously was thinking of that.

Or maybe I just remember seeing someone ask. I think she was bad from the beginning. That's why she took leave from the CIA to find Steve. Also, the tape recorder thing. She claimed she got it from one of Wo Fat's safe houses. I don't know. I think she was bad from the beginning, but it doesn't really matter because she's dead!

When Steve put Mary on the plane, he said that it wasn't safe for her in Hawaii. I may be the only one who still thinks that Steve killed Koji Noshimori. Many fans think that Wo-Fat killed Koji. Koji was killed in a car bomb. I remember the Governor saying that Steve took care of Koji in the season one finale. I suspected Steve killed Koji Noshimori as revenge for his mom's death. Danny was trying to reach Steve for an hour but was unable to make contact with him. Steve told Danny that he took Mary to the airport and he lost track of time. I did not believe Steve. Danny said Koji was killed an hour ago. That is the same amount of time Steve "lost." He is Navy Seal acutely trained to be aware of his surroundings. I don't think he lost track of anything. I think Steve said that to Danny to protect 5-0. However, most fans think that Koji was killed by Wo-Fat. Today we know that Steve's mom is alive so maybe we will discover who really killed Koji. If mama McGarrett did not die in the car bombing then who did? Many questions... very little answers.

Reviewing this episode and the CIA involvement, makes me wonder if all this will eventually tie together this season. We now know that WoFat was being protected or at least dealing with the CIA. I hope we get some kind of solid connection this year.

I hope we get some kind of solid connection this year. That didn't even occur to me! Wo Fat is involved with the CIA. Jenna worked for the CIA. That could have been how they crossed paths.

I got the impression from what PL said was that he planned on writing Jenna as a traitor from the beginning not that she necessarily was a traitor to begin with - if that makes any sense. Although, I had always thought PL wanted her to be a 5th team member and when that didn't work out he turned her into a traitor. Things aren't always clear with PL. But like you said, at this point it doesn't matter - she's dead.

In the episode this past season when Joe and Steve meet with Adam in the park to tell him his dad is alive, Steve says that WoFat killed Adam's uncle. Of course, Steve wouldn't admit to Adam if he did it but I still think it was WoFat.

i still think it's possible for steve to loose track of time, he's human after all and just sent his only family member away to the mainland for protection and obviously feels he understands how his dad felt. so i don't think steve did it at all.

I have often wondered if Koji's death would be revisited. At the time I thought that Steve would be set up for his murder . Knowing what we know now about Mama , Shelburne and Wo Fat I do wonder why he was killed. Was it because he screwed up and got Hiro arrested or did Wo Fat figure out that maybe Hiro and Koji were not totally on his side and thought that they maybe knew something about Shelburne.

wo fat obviously felt Koji was a loose end, especially since McG had sort of figured out who and what Koji did. and i think if it came down to it, koji probably would have talked or that's what wo fat thought and decided to sort out his loose end.

I wonder if we will find out if Koji and Hiro were involved in the cover up of Mamas death.

Joe had Koji killed because he helped arrange for Doris's "accident" and now Steve was on the trail. Yes, I know that Joe hadn't made an appearance yet, but are we to assume that he hasn't been lurking in the "offscreen" genre that PL loves so much?

I had wondered the same ircam , it would not suprise me if Joe had been keeping an eye on Steve from the beginning.
