Ours has bumped all the way to November in the last couple of years, I still haven't gotten used to it. November 4 actually. Strange.

Lovely day today , blue skys and quite mild. Rain heading our way tomorrow though. One thing I dont mind about the colder evening is having the woodburning stove going and getting all cosy on the sofa with the dog .

First snowfall of the year here! It's hovering around 0 Celcius right now, so the snow's not sticking on the ground but it is sticking on the roofs and trees. Is that early for snow LS or is it about normal ?

We hit 0 C this morning (my heating kicked on for the first time this year) but are supposed to crawl up to a high of 10 C, in sunny southern Ontario.

Its been raining all afternoon and nows its foggy and its feels like 6.30pm in stead of 4.30pm. I was going to ride my horse this afternoon but I might just spend some quality time with him in his stable . Then home for a nice plate of pasta and an evening in front of the fire .

Looking good today, sunshine with the odd shower. Never ever buy a plastic umbrella. Mine fell apart yesterday when I tried opening it.

Dry and cold. May it long remain. Could not agree more , dry and cold is so much nicer than grey and wet .
