Glad that the trip went well despite the weather, and hope you're feeling better sunnyirish! I can't believe I'm saying this... but we are forecast for snow starting tomorrow. Even here in NYC metro, they are saying 1-3 inches. We're leaving tonight for Family Weekend at our son's college up in Massachusetts - and the forecast there is for 3-6 inches of snow tomorrow. They don't postpone football games, right? So I'll be sitting in the stands tomorrow afternoon watching Holy Cross play Georgetown. My son is in the band, not on the team, so we'll be there for the halftime show and now they've added a postgame show too. So I'll be an ice cube come late afternoon for sure!

@sunnyirish just realized that you were in Spain....did you get any nice weather at all besides the rain......Were you staying somewhere coastal or in the main city... ..

Sounds like you had a great time regardless of the weather......
We have windy days but I guess I am lucky because even though we get like six seasons (thats what I say) in one day it's pretty much worse in other places....

Well, we are having our first SNOW here in Manhattan and it is actually sticking on the roof tops! Took the subway down to the Whole Foods @ Union Sq and when I came up the stairs, there were globs of slush falling from the sky! Luckily I had my tall rubber boots on Can't remember when the last time it snowed BEFORE Halloween!
