Okay here we go with the ratings for last night, now keep in mind that we had football, baseball and the Kardasian wedding last night, so it appears that all network shows took a major hit in the ratings last night. Also remember that Castle's ratings will be adjusted downward do to DWTS overrunning.
CBS Hawaii Five-0 2.6 (18-49 Demo) 9,742 (Million Viewers) ABC Castle 2.4 (18-49 Demo) 11,182 (Million Viewers) FOX House 2.3 (18-49 Demo) 5.853 (Million Viewers) NBC Prime Suspect -R 0.7 (18-49 Demo) 2,935 (Million Viewers)

House ate into Hawaii Five-O's demographic, big time.
And Hawaii Five O lost off of its Mike and Molly Lead-In, even if Castle is down adjusted, that little factoid is obvious. Hawaii Five O turned into the 2nd lowest rated show of CBS's night. (How I Met Your Mother is lower)

after 7 seasons people would really like to know how he met the mother already and who she is. there's only so much more i can take of this. sometimes i think it's robbin. grrrr
9 million+is a fairly decent number. entire population of ireland twice over

Yeah, but in the ratings world, losing a couple million viewers...not good.

Not surprised after the horrid last two eps. People don't want to watch the Lori show anymore. Hopefully everyone will hear that yesterday's show was good, and realize that it CAN be good, and come back. Everyone that wanted to give Lori a chance has done so and is bored. They better scale her back or everyone will leave.

Twitdiots have turned to defending the lower ratings from defending LG. They are quoting 19% down and I don't know enough about this stuff to "discuss" with them. Looks like we need to send in an expert "coughs" Darksea? Also TAT put a link to Wiki H50 page to support this theory

Hoping people will see the previews for next week and come back to watch......it looks darn good! But with the last two lousy/so-so episodes (2 and 3)--it may take more to get them back.....

Are the ratings as bad as they look or is there still hope?

Was there baseball on that night? Or some other reason that Fox wasn't included in the report?

That's because Fox doesn't normally air shows in the 10 o'clock hour. Here in Cincy our affiliate actually has the local news on at that time. The problem this week was that the baseball game on Fox wound up pushed everything back by an hour and hence House wound up airing at 10pm instead of it's normal 9pm slot.

Yes, but it ended at 8:50. I watched the game, Terra Nova and still had 10 minutes to spare for H50. Unless people watched House. I for one cannot stand that show.

I was just on tvbythenumbers.com and the adjusted numbers were up, H50 went up to 2.7 and 10.070 viewers, House also went up to 2.7(can't recall the viewer total) and Castle went down to 2.1(can't recall the viewer total). I read on other sites people thought the ratings/numbers were great, even though I do not know alot about this stuff, when ratings and numbers go down it's never good. Right?

Thanks for the info Diana. I forgot that the Fox affiliates do news at 9 Central time (my time zone) but between football and baseball I can never keep up sometimes.
